Title:
Data Driven Performance
Description:
Session Code: AS12
Over the last 25 years, contractors have made significant investments in their quality control programs as they work to improve quality and financial performance associated incentive/disincentive specifications. Improvements in software and other technological based tools have enabled QC programs to collect a significant amount of data. Establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and being able to separate critical data from non-value added data and efficiently disseminate this data in different formats to different levels within the organization to manage and improve material first time quality (FTQ) can be a challenge. This session will discuss best practices as it relates to collecting, analyzing, and disseminating QC data throughout an organization.
Learning Objectives:
• Share a contractor's experiences and lessons learned around QC data management
• Discuss how to get more out of QC data to improve quality and financial performance
• Review critical steps to be able to measure material first time quality
• Leverage tools such as dashboards
