Communication is foundational to the success of leaders. According to a recent PlanGrid/FMI study, 52% of rework in construction is the result of miscommunication and 20% of a project managers time is spent on communication. We explore why good communication skills are crucial to all leaders. The workshop uses real world examples to illustrate how easily communication can go awry. Practical recommendations to improve communication skills are shared.
