Think about how many choices are made each day by your superintendents, project managers, equipment managers, finance and many other roles. We'll share proven practices and lessons learned while improving systems, processes, and action-oriented analytics to improve the management of your fleet and operations. Decision making is made up of two things: experience and good data. The more you have of both, the better your outcomes. Learning Objectives:
