We were more productive per labor hour worked 30 years ago than we are today in the construction industry, which is a staggering fact. Equipment downtime is a major contributor to this productivity crisis, with contractors reporting that three to five hours a day are spent on manual, repetitive communications tasks. This lack of digitization makes parts procurement for fleet maintenance a painful, fractured process. The good news?
