In 2021 IWPR did the largest survey of tradeswomen ever. Results showed that 41% of tradeswomen had thought of leaving construction industry in the past year. Why? Bullying, harassment and intimidation. This is one of the largest safety risks on job sites.
What can owners, unions, contractors, and trades workers do to change the culture of their job sites? As an industry we cannot afford to lose one worker to bad behavior on job sites.
