Justin Adams

Justin Adams, CCIFP, MBA, ME, is a Regional Controller at Granite Construction in Central California. Over his 28 year career, Justin has been involved in nearly every aspect of operations. His experience has ranged from Project Engineering, Cost Engineering, Project Management, BIM/IT Manager to Controller and CFO. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, a Master's in Business Administration, and a Masters in Systems Engineering. Justin served as President of a local CFMA Chapter as well as on national committees. Justin has combined all of his education and experience together to provide a unique ability to deliver a global view of an entire operation. He likes to lead from the trench with a heavy focus on performance indicators and data. Justin likes to break up the session points with a funny one liner or reference to keep the audience engaged.
