Paige Gill

In her role as Vice President of External Affairs, Paige is responsible for Greenfield Growth Strategy, Community Relations, PR, Corporate Communications, and Brand. Collectively these teams are focused on developing strategies that deliver Luck's mission to ignite human potential and create positive impact, internally for associates and externally for customers and communities.
Paige joined Luck Companies in 2015 working closely with Luck Ecosystems, a division of Luck Companies that produces environmental performance products. Later serving as Luck Companies' Marketing Director from 2017 to 2021 supporting growth, community relations and brand development in Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets. Paige's background is in general contracting, where she served in various roles throughout the mid-Atlantic and was a long-standing customer of Luck Stone.
Paige holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from The George Washington University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. She currently serves on the Strategic Planning Committee of The Benedictine Schools of Richmond.
