Mike Terzo

Mr. Terzo is an engineer and industry leader with over 20 years of experience in the fluid power and off-highway industry. He specializes in the development and commercialization of hybrid and electric off-highway vehicle technology, electro-hydraulic fluid power systems, artificial intelligence on construction machines, and advancing the efficiency of heavy-duty equipment. His work includes eight years of development and the launch of the Hydrapulse technology alongside the founding of Terzo Power Systems, a Tier 1 technology provider to commercial truck OEMs. He currently is the founder and CEO of Monocerus, LLC, which aims to enable the cost-competitive electrification and hybridization of off-highway equipment. Mike has quickly become a thought leader and solid technical visionary in the off-highway and fluid-power industry.
