Eric Baker

Eric Baker has been at Roadtec and Astec for over 18 years working in different roles in Marketing and Sales and now leads Product Management and Development for the Carlson, Roadtec and Peterson product lines within the Astec organization. This includes commercial and highway pavers and screeds, material transfer vehicles, milling machines and stabilizer/reclaimers. Eric has been very involved in NAPA through the Impact Leadership, World of Asphalt Show Management Committee as well as the Associate Member Council. Along with NAPA, Eric is currently past-president of the Asphalt Recycling and Reclaiming Association and has been involved with the Association of Equipment Managers and many state asphalt paving associations.
