Scott Brown
Scott grew up in Lee's Summit, Missouri. After graduation from Lee's Summit High School, he attended Longview Community College for Automotive Technology. He then spent two years at Pittsburg State in the Diesel/Heavy Equipment Program. In 2008, he went to work for Kiewit Energy. Over the next 7.5 years he took part in a variety of impressive projects across the country as an Equipment Manager. In 2014, he joined Foley Equipment as a Technician. When an opportunity opened up in the Foley owned company of Sitech Central, Scott moved to a field tech position, working with Trimble equipment. In 2018, he became a Technical Solutions Expert for Komatsu IMC machines, as part of Roadbuilders Machinery. And then you know what happens next: in January of 2020, Scott partnered with Zach to form Construction Technology Partners, in order to serve the growing demand for technology support and training in the construction industry. Today, the company is a leading provider of drone services for construction, GPS surveys, and aerial land surveys in Kansas City. Construction takeoff services and 3D machine control modeling are also our specialties.
