Ryan Bricker

Ryan entered the work force as a Design Engineer where he utilized hands-on problem solving and creativity skills and keen attention to detail to successfully design forestry attachments. Throughout his time as a Design Engineer, he began to understand how cross-departmental engagement is crucial to his success, growth, and understanding of the business. I became involved in several different areas of the business including manufacturing, sales, purchasing, operations, and OEM relations.
With that experience, Ryan transitioned into Product Management so that he could use his industry knowledge, critical thinking, and communication skills to help guide current and future product development. Through an extensive Stage/Gate process, Ryan strives to establish framework, improve efficiency, and drive innovation to ensure FECON continues to be the industry leader in vegetation management.
