He has over 35 years' experience in industry starting with research and development, product management, sales, marketing, and business development and management. He holds 14 professional certifications (CLGS, MLE, CLS, CRL, OMA, MLA I/II/III, MLT I/II, LLA I/II, VPR, VIM), a patent, an MS in Polymer Engineering, a BS in Chemistry, a BA in Philosophy, and has authored 8 books. Holloway has been intimately involved with STLE, ICML, NLGI, SMRP, and in the many aspects of industry with highly successful outcomes.
