Kate Rieling

Kate is a project manager for a civil/sitework contractor in the Metro Atlanta Area. She graduated from Virginia Tech in 2008 with a degree in Building Construction and experienced her first project as a summer intern in 2005. She was immediately enamored with the industry and all of the opportunity it provided. She graduated and immediately started working in the heavy civil construction sector as a field engineer. In her current role of Project Manager, Kate manages multiple sitework projects concurrently ranging from subdivisions, apartment complexes, parks and multi-use developments. She is also a founding board member of the Crew Collaborative and currently serves as the Membership/Marketing Committee Chair.
