Stephanie Dailey

Stephanie has been in the construction industry since 2004. Named Utah's Builder of the Year in 2021, Stephanie dedicates her time to influencing and educating the public about careers in trades. Stephanie works side by side with her father Steve Dailey, in Draper, Utah. They specialize in building custom homes across the Wasatch Front. Stephanie is currently the first Vice President of the Utah Valley Home Builders Association and will be the first female President in the history of the association.
