Stephanie Scaccianoce

Stephanie Scaccianoce is Vice President, Workforce Development at the National Fluid Power Association. She leads a series of nation-wide workforce development initiatives designed to increase the number of emerging technicians and engineers with both theoretical and hands-on knowledge in fluid power, support faculty in curriculum development through grant programs, and ultimately bridge the gap between the classroom and industry careers. In scaling these initiatives to reach more students across the country, Stephanie is focused on inclusive strategies that engage underrepresented populations and organizations that represent diverse student groups.
