Jennifer Todd is a 15-year industry veteran and President of LMS General Contractors. LMS performs demolition, remediation, and environmental services across California & Southeast.

Jennifer was the youngest Black woman to acquire California's CSLB General Engineering (A) license. She is also the only person in Engineering News Record history to be recognized as an ENR Top 25 Newsmaker (2020) and Top 20 Under 40 (2021) recipient in the same year. She was also a 2020 Construction Business Owner Magazine Outstanding Women in Construction finalist and the November 2020 cover feature. Jennifer is member of ASCE's Industry Leaders Council and is a member of National Association of Black Women in Construction.

Jennifer is also the founder of A Greener Tomorrow, a 501c3 nonprofit, with a mission to bring skilled trades awareness & opportunities to underrepresented groups of minorities, and women.

She is a graduate of Arizona State University, Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and holds Project Management certificate from Emory University.
