Melissa Brooks

Melissa earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The University of Akron. She began her career in banking working as a branch manager for Charter One Bank then transitioning to a position as a training & leadership consultant with IBT Enterprises based out of Atlanta, Ga. In this role she worked with banks and credit unions across the country to develop successful sales programs reinforced by targeted coaching efforts. In 2008 she began working for Ohio CAT as a Training and Development Specialist and was promoted to Training & Development Manager in 2012. In this role she was responsible for the professional and leadership development across the organization. In April of 2019 Melissa was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer and is currently responsible for assisting the president in the execution of his duties and responsibilities and managing internal corporate communications.
