Carl Dyke is the founder of LunchBox Sessions, the leading interactive learning service for hydraulic and electronic skills, serving 20,000 users in 105 countries. With more than forty years of hands-on experience with machinery of all kinds, Carl is equally at home with both the wires and the hoses. Having taught technicians in a broad range of industries Carl has witnessed firsthand the systems-thinking challenges faced by those who operate and maintain equipment.

Carl's obsession with life-long learning is contagious! He excels at engaging technicians and tradespeople and sparking their curiosity, regardless of their level of hydraulic or electronics experience.

Carl grew up working in the sawmill and logging industry, and went on to teach industrial arts in high school classrooms. Before long, he was back to industry full time, as the founder and Chief Educational Officer of CD Industrial Group Inc. (CDIG). Carl has spent the last 20 years dividing his time between hydraulics and electronics training. He leads a team of artists and programmers to develop eye-popping images and animations to support industrial training.
