Peter Bleday

Peter has been working for Danfoss since October 2019. He started as an Innovation Specialist in the Danfoss Innovation Accelerator in Cambridge, MA. In October 2020 he took over the challenge of growing the new PLUS+1 Autonomy business and Head of Autonomous Vehicles. Since 2020 he has overseen the launch of the PLUS+1 Autonomy Solution, including advanced hardware products, a library of significant software features, a services team to help OEMs build their solution and multiple partnerships critical to the growth of Danfoss’ newest business. Prior to Danfoss Peter was the Engineer Officer on the nuclear-powered attack submarine USS Pasadena (SSN 752), and had served in multiple engineering, tactical, and leadership roles in the US submarine force. Peter holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the United States Naval Academy, an MEM from Old Dominion University, and an MBA from the Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
