As General Superintendent, he now oversees multiple departments and leads change through maintaining standards in the field and office. Moving into leadership three years into his career, Steve leads from the front line not only by presence but also participation, focusing on building a strong field team and culture. As a key influence of the company today, Steve is passionate about helping others with their personal growth and knowledge. He has successfully lead company-wide organizational change. Steve is proud of building many projects at Schlouch incorporated as well as being part of the success of the company. Steve has been married for 37 years with a son, who works in the industry, and a daughter.
