Kristina Harrington

Ms. Harrington is the President and COO of GenAlpha Technologies, a technology company that enables aftermarket product growth for OEM’s. As an advocate of manufacturing, she is a recognized thought leader in the B2B manufacturing digital transformation space, sharing her knowledge and experience through multimedia platforms including blogs, webinars and podcasts. Ms. Harrington is an expert on OEM sales, service, and aftermarket.
Prior to joining GenAlpha, Ms. Harrington worked in leadership roles in sales and aftermarket with Enerpac, Caterpillar and Bucyrus International. Her career has spanned positions in the home office as well as regional assignments in Canada, Brazil, and Peru. Her responsibilities included working with internal stakeholders, dealers, and customers to deliver business results in aftermarket and original equipment sales. Her last assignment with Caterpillar covered business development activities in 18 countries and 16 dealers. Ms. Harrington is a Veteran and started her career as a machinist in the US. Navy.

Ms. Harrington holds a BS in Business Administration from Marquette University.
