My name is Luke Payne. I am the owner of two excavation companies in ND. As a 26 year contractor, my companies consist of hiring young guys in the field to show us what they have. Over the last two years, we have tripled in size with both companies. We believe in creating a very appealing culture, making sure needs are met.
