James Starbuck

James Starbuck is the founder and managing Director of both Starbuck Excavation and Starbuck Plant Hire, based in Melbourne Australia.

James began his earthmoving journey at a young age, purchasing his first machine and truck in 2007. He worked on small jobs and was well known for doing tram track repair works. Today, James has built the companies to be huge contenders in the Australian Earthworks market.

Starbuck Excavation is a leader in heavy earthworks across Victoria. James' knowledge and vast expertise is well recognized amongst clients. This has earnt him a well-deserved reputation as being one of the best bulk earthworks contractors in Victoria.

Starbuck Plant Hire has also developed into a market leader in Plant Hire, servicing many of Victoria's earthmoving contractors by moving their dirt in our vast fleet of tippers.

From humble beginnings, James has forged an earthmoving empire with conviction and passion.
