Kristina Mahler McMillan

Kristina is a self-described mom from the 'burbs who just happens to be obsessed with all things construction. She is California born, Minnesota raised and always eager to check out new places, especially if it requires a hard hat.
Prior to starting her role as Marketing Director USA with Hatch Engineering, Kristina's career took quite an interesting path. Starting in events and concert production out of college, then running a successful high-end jewelry boutique and eventually following her gut to enter the construction industry.
Over the past fifteen years, she has passionately pursued several facets of the construction sector from lobbying at the Capitol to marketing in residential, commercial, and civil to consulting small contractors across the country on smart growth. Kristina is personally and professionally driven to have a positive impact on the construction industry. Crew Collaborative allows her to question the status quo in construction and find innovative ways to grow the industry she loves.
Outside of work, Kristina is a single mom to her two young children. She can be found fixing up her big red house on the hill, biking with her family, gardening, painting, or trying to sneak onto a construction site.
