Brett Willliams

Brett Williams serves as the Director of Engineering & Technical Support for the National Asphalt Pavement Association. At NAPA, he assists the asphalt industry with issues related to recycled materials, asphalt materials, mixtures, and pavements. His experience includes leading and overseeing technical services departments, research and development efforts, and technical training programs. In addition, Williams is experienced in troubleshooting and forensically investigating road and pavement-related construction issues, developing and refining Best Management Practices, and managing department capital expenditures. He earned his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
