Lea Volpe

Lea Volpe joined the J.M. Huber Corporation in 2017 and was promoted to Vice President (VP) of Communications & Community Relations and joined the Huber Management Council in March 2023. She is responsible for leading how communications are leveraged to engage employees across the enterprise in the Company's vision and strategic objectives, attract the future workforce and promote the Huber brand and culture externally. She also leads the ongoing management of the Company's global philanthropy and community engagement program known as Huber Helps.

She is an internationally recognized business leader with extensive experience driving growth in organizations through strategic leadership of marketing, PR and corporate communications and philanthropy and community engagement programs. She brings vision and immense passion for people to whatever endeavor she is involved in.
