Matt Sagaser

Matthew (Matt) Sagaser is the director of innovation accelerated for Doosan Bobcat North America. Since joining the organization in 1996, he has served in several areas of the business, including operations, supply chain and innovation.

As director of innovation accelerated, Matt leads a team focused on thinking differently, overcoming barriers and taking the leap. His leadership inspires a mindset of innovation and pushes ideas to reality by setting a vision, building a strategy and taking action.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in engineering and business administration from North Dakota State University in Fargo, N.D., and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Mary in Bismarck, N.D. Matt also holds an Innovation Mentor Certification from the University of Notre Dame.
