Mia McGlynn

Mia McGlynn is Executive Director & Marketing Coordinator at Crew Collaborative, where she blends creative direction and back-office expertise to bring visibility to the skilled trades. As founder of McGlynn Media, LLC, she develops compelling imagery, brand content, and marketing strategies that showcase the people and processes behind construction and heavy equipment. Her creative pursuits include children’s books introducing young audiences to the trades and Building Blue Collar, a hobby video series she produces in her free time. Outside of her work in advocating for the trades, Mia is also a certified Reiki Master practitioner, sharing wellness practices with high-pressure industries.
