Kate Lancaster

Kate is a dynamic communications and marketing professional with a talent for crafting compelling stories and building strategic content that resonates. As the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing at the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA), she leads strategy and execution across the organization’s digital platforms. She utilizes data and current trends to inform her decision-making process, aiming to enhance member engagement and satisfaction, while also expanding key asphalt pavement conversations to new audiences through the production of Pave It Black, NAPA's flagship podcast. 
She holds a Master of Arts in Media and Strategic Communication from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations from the University of York.
