Taylor McPherson

Taylor is a graduate of the University of Mississippi, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Corporate Relations. A licensed drone pilot, she began her career in public relations before joining Lehman-Roberts and its sister company, Memphis Stone & Gravel, in 2020 as the Director of Communications and Engagement.

In her multifaceted role, her priority and passion always center on the people in the construction industry. By overseeing the companies' online presence, she and her team work to celebrate employees and projects, promote company culture, and foster trust within the communities they serve. Day-to-day, this mission includes media relations, content creation, photography and videography, event coordination, and more. Taylor also coordinates an award-winning community engagement program, which includes service projects, company donations, field trips, and more.
