Zulq Malik is an innovative and extroverted construction executive with nearly three decades of experience in the industry, spanning project management, risk mitigation, and field operations. As the founder and CEO of SMARTBUILD, he brings deep hands-on knowledge from years on the jobsite and a relentless drive to modernize construction workflows. Zulq is also a board member at the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention (CIASP), where he advocates for mental health in the trades. His work bridges the gap between the field and technology, making construction more effective. Zulq also has 30 years of experience in the build world as a civil engineer.
