Ebony Jennings

Ebony Jennings is the President and CEO of Jennings Asphalt, a Milwaukee-based asphalt paving company built on legacy, leadership, and resilience. Originally founded by her grandfather and operated from 1984 to 1996, the company was later revived and rebranded by Ebony, who transformed it into a trusted name serving communities across Wisconsin.

As the youngest and second Black woman to own and operate an asphalt company in Wisconsin, Ebony brings a hands-on, detail-driven approach to an industry traditionally dominated by men. She oversees daily operations, project execution, and business development with a strong commitment to quality, integrity, and long-term results.

Her leadership and impact have been featured across industry and business platforms, highlighting her role as a trailblazer in construction and entrepreneurship.

Outside of work, Ebony is a proud mother of one daughter and two dogs. She values quality time with family, enjoys traveling internationally, and appreciates quiet moments to recharge — bringing balance and intention to both her life and leadership
