Luke Powers

Luke Powers is the CEO and founder of Gearflow, the only parts commerce platform that gives equipment managers access to the suppliers, communication tools, and reporting they need for their mixed fleets. Luke's experience in logistics and at his family's construction equipment dealership led him to start Gearflow in 2018 with his cofounder Ben Preston. He saw firsthand how equipment downtime fuels construction's productivity problems and set out to eliminate those pains by building Gearflow, which enables equipment managers to grow margins and get back to work. In 2021, Gearflow won the BuiltWorlds Mid-Continent Startup Challenge at the Construction Tech Conference and was named as one of the ''Most Disruptive MBA Startups'' by Poets&Quants.
