Rich Jones is a seasoned leader with over 24 years of experience across the full spectrum of behavioral health and substance use care. His expertise spans clinical, administrative, and strategic roles in diverse settings, including inpatient facilities, community-based programs, and innovative technology-driven platforms.

 

Rich has dedicated his career to advancing behavioral health services through a comprehensive understanding of the continuum of care, including:

• Mental Health Services: Community-based mental health programs (office-based and in-home), intensive case management, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams, and inpatient psychiatric hospital settings.

• Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment: Licensed inpatient rehabilitation (short- and long-term), intensive outpatient programs, recovery housing, and recovery community organizations.

• Juvenile Justice & Family Services: Clinical provider for juvenile justice centers, in-home family-based mental health services, and therapeutic staff support (Provider 50 wraparound).

• Program Leadership & Development: Administration of utilization review programs, securing insurance contracts, and designing innovative treatment models in wilderness therapy, private practice, and corporate wellness.

 

Rich’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Youturn, a cutting-edge educational platform providing premium video content for substance use and mental health education. As Chief Strategy Officer, Rich directs content development and ensures alignment with evidence-based practices. Youturn collaborates with corporations, health systems, and educational institutions to offer psychoeducation and skill-building resources.

 

As the driving force behind FAVOR Greenville, Rich developed a groundbreaking recovery support model that prioritizes community-based, technology-enhanced services for individuals often deemed “in denial or non-compliant” by traditional systems. His innovative approach challenges the status quo, reaching those who are underserved and promoting recovery at every stage.

 

Rich’s hands-on experience includes over 200 evidence-based interventions (ARISE model), leadership in corporate Employee Assistance Programs, and founding a thriving private practice. His visionary work continues to shape the future of behavioral health and recovery services.
